An amazing experience. From sales to service. Kaleb did an amazing job. This is my 5th purchase there recently and he has not disappointed yet. This was Kaleb’s first time selling UTV and ATV. Recently, after my vehicle was totaled, I found myself in need of buying a new one. I needed to shop outside the area I was used to purchasing from to find the right vehicle for me. I conducted a lot of research to narrow down the list and Burritt Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram had what I was looking for. I drove 30 minutes to get to the dealership and it was 20 minutes before closing. I was fully expecting to come back another day to strike a deal. The dealership worked with me even though they were close to closing and a few people stayed late to work with me to facilitate a sale. The salesperson, Mike Buskey, was reasonable and accommodating. Mike was friendly and didn’t pressure me at all. Everything was very conversational and felt personalized. I was being treated like a friend, not just another number, and we were able to work a reasonable deal. The sales manager stayed late too to go through the contracts with me and finalize the paperwork. I am so grateful for the dealership working with me to make the experience so pleasant. After a few days, once the loan was finalized and the vehicle was ready, Mike delivered the vehicle to me since I lived 30 minutes away, and he even put gas in the tank. Mike continued to stay in contact post sale to see if I needed any assistance or had any questions about the features of the vehicle. This kind of customer service is very hard to find these days and I am so glad team at Burritt.

Picked up my Equinox Premier from Dakota today, very professional and quick delivery. Dakota was very understanding and helpful and gave 10/10 information, advice, and service. I will be back for my next upgrade for sure. Very happy! Thank you Burritt CDJR & Dakota!
