Macomb Auto group is the only place I'll be purchasing my vehicles. Recently bought a 2019 Subaru Forester and the whole process of obtaining the vehicle was incredible. My parents bought a car from here 15 years ago, and I hear countless recommendations from friends as well about how much they've enjoyed their experience here and how happy they've been with their cars. The business has grown exponentially since that first car purchase way back in the day, so you know they're doing something good! I test drove the car without having to jump through hoops and paperwork, noticed a few imperfections that when brought up to staff, they addressed immediately and fixed before purchase. No annoying salesman to deal with or exuberant hidden dealership fees awaiting you near the end of purchase. The best I could describe this place is how a dealership is supposed to be, how you imagine a car buying process to happen, it's almost like going to the grocery store. It's painless to buy a car here. Management was very professional, friendly, not pushy with sales at all, and overall my experience was better than any car buying experience I've ever had in my life. When it's time for me to part ways with this car in the future, I know where I'll be coming for my next vehicle purchase. Thanks Macomb Auto Group! 10/5 stars.

This automotive group was recommended to me by a coworker who had purchased vehicles from them in the past. He prefaced it as “if you’re willing to drive, I can’t recommend this company enough”, and I thoroughly echo his sentiment. We drove up from Ohio and it was 100% worth the trip. We are very, very happy with our car and very pleased with this company. It was an easy transaction and purchase. We will definitely come back for our next vehicle. We have already recommended this company to others.

***Take your CHECKBOOK**" Extremely pleasant and seamless experience a couple weekends ago!!! Highly recommend!!! Instead of going home with a vehicle same-day, she talked me into putting a $100 deposit down on Saturday just so I could drive back (1½ hr, 3hrs 'wasted', but 4½ total) to bring my checkbook in to pay for the vehicle the following week. Which I did, because it saved me around $300 not to use my credit/debit card. The deposit was good for a solid week, but I was excited to get the car, so I went back ASAP. That was such a kind and patient gesture. And I couldn't be happier with the experience. Some folks may not like her "forthrightness", but I'm the type of person who wants the facts straight up, no messing around... and that's what we got here. Thank you!!! ????????????
