My lease on my current vehicle was almost up. I was a little apprehensive about looking for another vehicle. But when I arrived at Kings Honda and was greeted by Ashley, I could tell this was going to be good experience. She was very knowledgeable and very attentive to my needs and concerns. The Passport I purchased had chewed up rims and she had them refinished for me. The day I picked it up I noticed a slash in the side wall of one of the tires. I took a picture and sent it to Ashley and within an hour I had a manager calling me to have that tire replaced. She made my experience stress free. Thank you again Ashley.
