Shane and Joseph at Peppers CDJR made my car purchasing process a lot easier than any other dealers I have ever dealt with. They are both friendly and down to earth. Due to the fact I was purchasing a used vehicle, Shane did what he could by sending me plenty of pictures and videos, including the undercarriage. This reduced my worries and concerns prior to my 3 hour plus trip to the Peppers. When I was signing papers with Joseph, he made the whole process hassle free. We almost ran into a hiccup about sales tax from different state, but Joseph was quick to create a solution that made sure things worked out before the closure. If you are tired of other dealers playing games with you or not willing to negotiate at all. See these two guys here!
