As a creature of habit, I have used the same brand specific car dealership for all my previous car purchases, so when I found the car that my girls were dreaming of at this smaller lot with whom I had no previous experience, I was apprehensive to say the least. But when I say that my expectations were exceeded, that would be an understatement. Ed, Danny, and Alex made every moment of my experience delightful. I felt unpressured and supported. I visited multiple times over a span of three days, asked a lot of questions, took the car out each time, was able to text clarifying questions as they popped into my head, and they were always happy to help.
