We pulled in and they pulled it into service instantly and took care of us. While our car was being looked at, they graciously loaned us a vehicle to drive around and kill some time. I had to take my brand new 2025 Kia Soul to Grubbs service department for a couple minor things such as getting the plates installed and replace a defective windshield wiper and needed a few questions answered. I had the pleasure of meeting Kristi Truiano a service advisor who was exceptional. She answered all my questions got a mechanic to mount the license plates and replaced the defective windshield wiper on the spot. Kristi made our visit a breeze when I expected it to be a pain. I can't speak for anyone else but she went out of her way to make sure we were satisfied and taken care of.

Everyone was so kind especially Terry, Gunner and Rey. Buying a care is extremely stressful. However, they made it less stressful. I was in Human Resources for 15 years and good customer is very important to me. If you want good customer service and kind employees please go to this dealership! I went to different dealerships in the area and this dealership provided best customer service!
