If you go to Freeman Toyota definitely ask for Corey. He was great in helping us get our new 2024 Toyota Highlander hybrid. He helped me out over the phone to figure out exactly what I wanted. We went back and forth for a bit, but eventually he gave me the price, down payment, & APR I wanted. Just whenever you go over the pricing make sure you know how much you're going to put down WITH the price of the vehicle. Make sure they don't try to sell you a price and then say ARTER for the down payment because then the down payment is added on top of the price of the vehicle. That was the mistake that we kind of made so that is why I am giving them four stars, because it wasn't communicated correctly I believe. Also, they didn't give me any floor mats for the Toyota Highlander hybrid or running boards and it was supposed to come with some. I called Corey and he said that they couldn't give them to me. So that's another reason why I gave them four stars. I also need to shout out to the financial guy. Shane, he was very kind and attentive and really helped us in figuring out the warranty side of things and getting all the pricing figured out. Very nice guy! All I have to say is if you know exactly what kind of vehicle you want, and you know how much you can spend stick with your guns on how much you want to pay, and how much you want to put down, and how much APR you want. Don't back down on WHAT YOU WANT! They want your business so stick with your guns when it comes to purchasing a vehicle from this company.

Jimmy respected my wishes and helped me shop for what I wanted exactly! I never ever felt pressure or pressured to buy what I did t want. Mason helped with the financing and was so patient and kind. Both men have called me this week to check-in and make sure I’m happy and to answer any questions I may have. My husband bought me my dream car, the Camry, and I couldn’t be happier! It is so beautiful and I feel great driving it!
