The Sales team really is top notch. My sales person Alex communicated with me about the vehicle I was interested. He went above and beyond to answer questions about it before I made the 2 hr drive to see it. When I got there, it was clean, ready for me to look over, and drive. The negotiation process was short and sweet. I knew what my trade was realistically worth, they met that expectation. The price on the vehicle I was looking at was around that of the fair market value. They worked with me to get the overall number where I wanted it. The delivery was very smooth. They had the vehicle clean, fueled, and paperwork ready for me. I was in and out of the place in one hour when I went back to take delivery. The salesman (Alex) went over all the features and made sure I didn’t have any questions. The Sales manager ( Greg ) also stepped in and made sure I was completely satisfied. This is the way a Ford Store should be! Great Great People!
My mobile service appointment was flawless. I was so happy to learn that Maguires Ford would come out to my vehicle to do simple things like oil changes, tire rotations, replace engine and cabin filters, change my wiper blades, and even take care of recalls. I absolutely loved being able to go about my normal day and not have to take off to try and get my vehicle serviced. Thank you to the mobile service team, you guys are the best!
This group is AWESOME!!!!! Was having a bad day that kept getting worse. I was an hour away from home and got a flat tire. Of course it happened at one of the worst spots along the highway to get pulled over and change. After changing the flat to my ‘donut’ I stopped a few miles up the road to check the lugs. Upon inspection my spare tire was also low in air… no problem this gas station/convenience store has free air… never mind it wouldn’t work. After a quick google search, found Maguire’s Ford Inc in Duncannon. I pulled up and went into the service center. I was quickly greeted by Jay. Jay was super helpful. He immediately walked outside to take a look at my car. Filled my spare with air. Jay then politely offered to check and see if they had tires that would fit. I cannot emphasize enough how HELPFUL Jay was. There was no sales pitch, no strong arm tactics just genuine care. Jay found a pair of tires that fit my car and got me scheduled for sevice. This all happened around 3:30 pm and they happily scheduled me to get my tires changed and back on the road. I am truly grateful for their kindness. I can honestly say that I have never experienced service like this before, even from my own Subaru dealership. …. I might look good in an Explorer or maybe even a Mustang.
