Direct and honest with none of the negative experiences you often get when buying a used car from a typical “dealership”. Very good condition SUV at a good price, clean, and he handled the tags and license processing on the spot. He’s also a gearhead and knows cars and doesn’t just sell them. When I had questions during and after the purchase, he was very attentive, polite, and extremely helpful. Kevin was great. It’s not often you buy a car in your life, but he made the process very easy. He was very easy to talk with and let us test drive the vehicle we ended up getting. He was also honest about issues we might encounter. He handled the paper work and was very clear about what everything was in the cost. That saved us a painful trip to the DMV and several phone calls to handle all the processing.
