2013 Dodge Dart 2.0 SXT

Buying a car (especially if you are looking for a used vehicles at dealerships) can be an daunting/annoying experience however, I had just the opposite happen at Chapman Hyundai Phoenix. I sent an email message inquiring about a used Nissan Titan Truck they had on their website. A salesman, Mark Larracas, responding and answered several questions I had about it. He offered for me to come in and test drive it. I never felt pressured and went it, test drove it and purchased it. Mark made sure it was completely detailed before I left and it looked brand new! Mark was extremely professional and kind throughout the whole process. The sales manager was very nice and answered some additional questions I had about the truck. In fact, I chatted with a few different people there and everyone was very helpful. Although I was pre-approved through a credit union, their finance director, Huy, was able to find a credit union with a little better interest rate. If you were looking for a vehicle, I would highly recommend this dealership and definitely see Mark Larracas.

Shane and Vic were great to work with and walked us through the entire process. We love the car and felt like we got a what we needed for our money.

Ryan in the Service Department was great to work with. He is kind, helpful and professional. He took care of all of the the issues I had with my vehicle. From the purchase of my vehicle to the maintenance of it, Chapman Hyundai has been an amazing dealership to do business with.
