We have bought many cars over the years and like to get right to it and not spend a lot of time trying to get to the bottom line. Outten Chevrolet in Allentown did that for us. They made it easy to zero in on the vehicle, trim styles and things that were important to us. Sales Mgr Sean Scerbo and salesman Dillon Crispin were willing to search out a vehicle for us that had just what we wanted. In the end we went with a vehicle at one of their alternate locations about 40 miles away. On the snowiest day of the new year they didn't hesitate to have the vehicle brought to us at their location in Allentown. They were very responsive to any questions or requests and very professional yet personable in their approach. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
Great job but very long in shop. If I had known it would take more than estimated two hours I would have had them give me a ride home- they did offer but I thought two hours would be ok to wait. But it took over 5 hours! Still wouldn’t go anywhere else and would recommend the shop to my friends because the work is superb.
Super easy very nice people! Told them what I wanted to stay under and they made it happen will recommend them to family and friends.
