Dan Bubenchick is absolutely amazing! He was the first HONEST person I’ve dealt with at this dealership! When it came time to pay for my tire rotation and oil change, he went through the charges to make sure I understood the bill completely! I felt the sincerity in his voice when I talked to him about the gas leak my truck had when I bought it. Dan made sure I got my truck in fast to get it taken care of! I appreciate him, his honesty, and sincerity!

I got first class service today at Salt Lake Valley GMC Trucks service department. My truck is way old and I went in for recall service. They treated me like VIP. Dan is AWESOME! He sent me a text to let me know that my truck was checked in and I could text at any time with questions. He text me as soon as my truck was ready. Riley(super nice guy) gave me a ride home and picked me up when my truck was ready. Great experience all the way around.

I had an outstanding experience with Salt Lake Valley GMC. The sales associate Serenity Catt was very helpful with getting me connected with the GMC App, explaining the lock and unlock functions and many other features. On several occasions she really went above and beyond by staying out in the cold and even when it was raining outside. Serenity was just great and I appreciated it very much. I appreciated the extra time given to me during the financing portion of the purchase with Mike Fonger. Mike is outstanding! I also appreciated Isaiah Goodman for stepping in and helping Serenity while she was out on funeral leave. Overall I had a great purchasing experience. Thank you!
