From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile and a friendly welcome.The staff was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. I worked with Sully initially who was very knowledgeable and patient. I didny feel rushed at all during the experience. I also worked with Omar directly, he patiently guided me through the process explaining all of my options and answering all of my questions. The car buying experience can be overwhelming, but the staff went over and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. Overall, I was very impressed with the high level of service provided by the staff and sales manager (unsure if that's their title).
