Perfect car shopping experience. I had purchased a vehicle from a different dealer a year prior and had a very poor experience, the feedback on the surveys was all the salespeople seemed to care about and blatantly valued that feedback more than my time or privacy. I was helped by Barbara, who was excellent. I came in with my own financing and she was transparent and extremely efficient as well as communicative. There was no pressure, I received the car I wanted with the options I wanted and was able to sign everything and take delivery on my lunch break. Would be a perfect score but the service department seems to be married to those same damn surveys and will only offer rebates and coupons if you fill them out favorably. Literally, the bill comes with a cheat sheet for the survey :/
