I took my car in for a trade value. The gentleman I spoke with was great. He explained that because of the year and make of my vehicle he wouldn't really be comfortable giving me a value since they don't typically deal with those vehicles. He then explained that I would probably get a better offer from a dealership that knows more about my vehicle. Even though I didn't end up conducting any business there my experience was fantastic and he was extremely helpful.
