I will preface this review by saying I did not purchase a car from here. However, I had a pleasant experience with a sales person who was helping me with looking at a vehicle. His name was Brian and he was very helpful and kind to me. He kept me updated with the status of the car and made sure it was going to be good to go for me. Although I did not purchase this car, I felt confident that the buying process would have been easy. Thanks Brian.
We drove a few hours to purchase a Volvo XC40 Recharge from Guillermo and could not be happier with the service we received. Guillermo was extremely knowledgeable and is very low pressure. Laura, the finance manager was also a pleasure to work with. Efficient and fun. Would absolutely recommend working with Guillermo and Laura and hope to do business with them again!
It was nice working with Sam and his managers entire buying process. I really appreciate general manager taking time on his day off (Sunday) to give me a call.. that was cool! If my tags are transfer correctly and the equity check is issue promptly, I would definitely say this was a perfect car buying experience.. still pending...
