2012 Dodge Caliber SXT

I went to get a recall item taken care of, have a key fob fixed, and have my brake pads and rotors checked. They told me the recall on the under frame on my 2009 Honda CRV would be fixed as a precaution and it would take approximately two and a half hours. It was done in an hour. I also had a key fob that stopped working. They said to reprogram it would cost $189. I had bought a new 1616 battery for it at Kroger, put it in and it still didn’t work. White Allen replaced the battery with one they had and it worked perfectly. They checked my brake pads and rotors and said they were fine. No charge. I only had to pay for the cost of a new key fob battery at $11.00. White Allen’s service and honest work was great. A+

Had my scheduled tuneup on my car today. The service was and completed in less than a hour. The tech looked at another issue I mentioned and kindly gave me an estimate for repairs which is not very high. This location has great personnel, they are always courteous and very thorough in explaining what work was done and if other work is needed. They keep my old car in tip top condition. I reccomend this white Allen Honda to everyone.
