2013 Dodge Avenger SXT

Definitely THE place to rent a car in Venice. Affordable rates, awesome employees, Mark, Josh, Mike and really all the staff there, some of who's names I don't know yet are five star customer oriented. AND- they pick up and drop off! I've rented from them dozens of times and never been disappointed. I even left my phone in the car twice, and they returned it to me after dropping me off at home. Update for this review on October ninth, 2021. They're not only customer service oriented, but also have a sense of humor and a sense of community spirit, these are pictures of their office decorated for Halloween 2021. Value was there for us in a crisis when all others were not. We are thankful and very much appreciate the ease with which we were taken care of after hurricane Helene.

I cannot say enough good about this rental experience. They came and picked me up from the shop I left my car at for repairs. They got me in and out of their office quickly. Once my personal vehicle was repaired I was told I could leave the rental car at the repair location and just call them to pick it up.
