2013 Dodge Avenger SXT

the car i was driving had a catastrophic failure so i needed a car quickly, i searched the internet and came across this small family owned dealership in north palm beach, i contacted them via email and was pleasantly surprised by the very human reply and after contacting 4 other dealers and getting form response's ,decided that this dealer was worth a look. i arranged for a test drive and was met at 9:10 am by Mike Ainsworth , a very easy going character, and he made the process very easy and pain free, i generally dislike going to large dealerships as they can be very pushy and don't really listen to what i am asking for, mike understood where i was coming from and was extremely helpful and the whole process took about 3 hours , but it didn't drag on, it felt like we were done in no time at all. i am very happy with my new to me car and would definitely recommend them as a place to buy a car , worry free. thank you Mike and Steve for helping me get the car i didn't know i actually wanted

My husband and I purchased a new vehicle Mercedes 2019. We called shared what vehicle on line we were interested in , we also needed to make a smooth transaction we needed to do this quickly due to us relocating. We found the vehicle called . Spoke with Steven he was very professional, pleasant, gave us different options went over every thing with us . It didn’t feel like a care sales transaction. We came and picked up the vehicle. It was even more beautiful than described. The entire experience was so pleasant. The other associates were kind .
