Everyone at TLC was such sweethearts. We had the pleasure of getting paired with Dee. She was definitely the best. She was very thorough throughout the buying process, made you feel comfortable, and heard. She made conversation, kept you updated, helped you understand and walked you through every step. She helped me fit the car that would best accommodate my needs as well as fill my wants! She worked hard to make sure i drove away with what i wanted! I brought my son to TLC Motors for 2 reasons. First, there was a vehicle in their inventory that appealed to him. 18-year-old boy = lifted truck at a reasonable price. He asked and I went to Google and looked at the reviews. I had heard many ads on 93.3 but had never needed a car until now. The reviews looked good, and we went up after work. We arrived at 6 pm and they closed at 7. I explained we would probably just get to look at it and have to come back. We were greeted at the entrance by Dee. I had seen her mentioned in many TLC reviews as being extremely helpful and supportive. She welcomed my son and made him understand the commitments financing means as well as secure financing for him for the truck he wanted through me. The clock ticked on and I reminded my son that we would have to come back as they were getting ready to close. Dee looked up and told my son to take as much time as you wanted asking questions and then we will get the keys for you to drive it. She smiled at me and said how much she enjoys working with first time buyers and helping them get what they want to take home. We worked with the finance manager well past 8 pm and the test drive was not rushed at all. There was a list of things to be done on the truck as it had just arrived and was still to be processed and Dee wanted to capture what needed to be done in writing for the shop. As we finalized the sale, there were discussions on the extended warranty and other additions. Very simply make sure you ask for what you want and confirm it. We were treated very well, and it was pushing 9:30 pm. Preparing the truck took a few extra days than we anticipated but Dee kept my son in the loop She went out of her way to make him feel he was the one that she was working for. Bottom line She cared about him as a customer, after the deal was signed and done, she still fought for him. She was there at his final walkthrough of the truck and wanted to make sure he was satisfied with his truck, with her as a salesperson, and with TLC as a dealership. He reached his hand to shake hers and said yes to all 3.. Thank you Dee.

I have bought 2 vehicles from TLC motors and they have been great both times! Bryan helped me find the car I had been looking for for a while and made the whole experience fast and easy. There was no rush or haggling. I would definitely recommend these guys!
