And was largely the reason I opted for the purchase.  Quickly addressed concerns along with follow up conversations after hours and during holiday weekend! Poor guy offered to come in to close on the sale over the weekend which is his day off.  Haha. Staff and maintenance. Department are worth the 40 min drive (resident of Raleigh).
