Purchase of my new Sierra truck proceeded effortlessly. My sales manager, Charissa and her assistant, Jacob, explained all of the features of the truck and provided explanations to my questions. Charissa helped to obtain an acceptable trade in value for my Yukon. After terms were negotiated, Jacob assisted in setting up the electronic infotainment system. I was very pleased with the entire process. Highly recommend this team of professionals.

This was hands down the best vehicle shopping experience I've had. Jonathan was professional, kind, patient, and extremely helpful during the process. I never felt pressured, and he didn't push a million add-ons that he knew I wouldn't need. All of the staff I interacted with were professional and friendly. The manager made it a point to introduce himself and made sure I had a good experience, and he also ensured the vehicle was spotless when I drove it home. I drove in from Baton Rouge, but it was well worth driving a little extra for this experience. My new vehicle was exactly as advertised, and there were no hidden costs. They knocked down the price tag to a pretty much unbeatable price, and I am extremely satisfied with my purchase. Thank you Legacy for selling me a vehicle that I know will last me for a long time, and changing the stereotype of shady dealership tactics. I will definitely be a returning customer when I make my next purchase, and hopefully I will be able to work with Jonathan again because he was the best!

My car died and left me on the side of the road early in the morning- AAA towed it to your dealership and it was fixed by 3 in the afternoon with the warranty. I was happily surprised. So thank you very much.
