This may be a long read but I want to let you all know how awesome All Terrain Motors is and more importantly the owner Anthony is. I bought my truck and I live out of state but was in Missouri working and sometimes financing can be tricky in this case. Anthony referred me to a great bank and everything went great with the whole process. I purchased a used truck so I understand when something needs to be repaired. What I don’t expect is the dealer to help you out if something does go wrong after your purchase is done. I left the dealership and noticed the transmission temp was getting to high which took about an hour to happen which may be the reason Anthony did not notice this previously. I told Anthony and he said to bring it in and he would look at it. The outcome was he fixed the issue as it is a know part that goes out that causes this and Anthony is very mechanically inclined so he fixed it no problem. Anthony even offered to buy the vehicle back if I did not feel comfortable with what had happened. I decided to keep the truck after realizing that the transmission will more than likely be fine as it did not get to hot for long. Anthony compensated me for the situation more than I can even believe. He went way out of his to make sure I was happy. I have always went through a lot of vehicles so I have dealt with many dealers across the country. All Terrain Motors is worth driving across the country for. Even calling to see if Anthony can look for what your wanting if he don’t currently have it. I honestly believe there is not another dealer out there that will do for you what Anthony will do for you and I wanted to make sure and tell my story to let y’all know. I’m leaving a lot out that he did like change the wheels out, order tires etc.. lol. The best Dealer award in probably my lifetime past and future goes to Anthony at All Terrain Motors in Winfield MO.. I did not hug Anthony because I didn’t want to make it weird but I wanted to because of the unbelievable service I received. Thank you for everything Anthony from the bottom of my heart. There are not many like you in the car business if any that are as great as you are.
