My car was getting up in mileage and I needed something new. I was directed to Frank Leta Mitsubishi located on St.Charles Rock Road in Bridgeton, MO when I was helped by a car salesman/product specialist named Nick Tringale. Nick was very attentive, patient and helpful with finding a vehicle that fit me. My credit isn't the greatest due to past circumstances but Nick and Frank Leta still worked for me to now be a 1st time car owner ! If you need to get back on the road , Nick is the guy you want to work with !
Coming in I didn’t know what to expect but Eric did his big one never gave up on me wasn’t letting me leave until I had the suv of my dreams. I love that they had patience & knew how to solve my problem with just a little rocky start between me and my mother everything worked out how it should have. I left out with the vehicle of my dreams mother was proud I’m proud my overall experience was amazing I recommend you to go here for your first time care they will work with you !
Just bought a brand new Mitsubishi Outlander from Frank Leta Mitsubishi in Bridgeton a couple days ago so I came here to share my experience. I had seen ads on Facebook about rebates and low interest rates so I decided to check it out since the market has been insane on interest rates and the promotion sounded too good to pass up. I hadn’t seen the vehicle in person yet only online so I wanted to be sure it even appealed to me first. I walked around for about 10-15 minutes looking at the availability and then a salesman named Nick Trinagle approached me. He was polite and very informative about the questions I had regarding the promotions. I asked him if they had an Outlander in the showroom that was easier to look at since most the cars are parked pretty close together and I wanted to get the bigger picture of what it looked like. He took me inside and showed me a top of the line model and let me sit in it, but I told him I didn’t want to spend that much nor did I like the color of the inside leather trim package, but everything else I did like. He instantly said he knew which car I would like and walked me out to another vehicle on a side of the dealership I hadn’t even ventured out to yet. I walked around the car and told him this is exactly what I want!!! He offered me a test drive which I’m always nervous about, but realize it’s one of those things you just have to do. He said “That’s what we have insurance for.” so I took it for a quick spin. They began analyzing my trade in while I was gone which was merely being traded in because I’ve had back surgery and was fairly uncomfortable riding around in a smaller low sitting sedan and it required premium fuel which has gotten expensive too. When I got back from my test drive, Nick showed me more features on the car and confirmed I was still ready to proceed with the purchase. After agreeing, he introduced me to his finance manager, Ryan, who was also very nice and he too further explained the finance and rebate offers. He asked if I knew my credit score and who I banked with and after providing the details he found no reason not to think I would qualify for the promotions. He said it would be even better to not go with my local bank and to use the preferred lender for Mitsubishi to get the lowest rate. I informed both Nick and his boss Ryan that as long as I could get the deal finished by 4:45 as I had another appointment later that day, I wanted to move forward. They offered me a very fair trade in price for my car and all the promises made regarding rebates and interest were met and then some too. I was even offered some additional services like oil changes and tire rotations thru Mitsubishi which was a bonus. I opted for GAP insurance too since the car was brand new and felt like the rate for that was fair in this market. Ryan did not try to upsell me on anything else as the car is backed my Mitsubishi for 10 years, plus Leta has their lifetime power train warranty so there really wasn’t a need even though I’ve heard horror stories of other dealerships doing this to make a profit. Both Nick and Ryan were honest yet easy going that as a woman made me feel extremely trusted and at ease about making a large financial decision without my spouse present. You hear about women getting taken advantage of and not once did I feel that way! After all was said and done, I entered the dealership around 1pm and left at 4:47pm with a new car and even made it to my other appointment 10mins early in a car that so far I love. And that included Nick helping me program my Mitsubishi Phone App so I can manage some of my car features thru my phone. I’ve gotten a few emails from Mitsubishi since the car was bought that I need to sort thru regarding the loan and setting up different features, but overall they seem vested in my purchase too. I also got an email from the dealership pre scheduling me for my first oil change which was very nice. For now, I’m very pleased and would definitely recommend Frank Leta Mitsubishi to anyone and for sure my salesman Nick!!!
