The experience at Snethkamp was 100% fabulous and a blessing. My husband and I were just looking at we met Charlie. Charlie was wonderful. We continued looking at other dealerships but went back to Snethkamp. It was like it was meant to be. We found a 2021 Jeep Cherokee that I loved and Charlie was there to help. He let us test drive the Jeep and instantly printed the Carfax. He was great and familiar with my bank. We bought the Jeep the same day and met his wife. So nice! When the time comes I hope Charlie is still there for my next car. The customer service was wonderful and we felt so comfortable with the situation. I was so stressed with car shopping but I feel we received a great deal. Definitely would go back to Snethkamp for the great service we received. Thank you everyone so much??

From 2022-2024;Snethkamp Chrysler Doge Jeep Ram in Redford, MI has by far been the best dealership I have had dealings with. The A1 service techs; Chris & Audrey particularly and their service managers Kevin, Ken and even the parts manager Patrick have treated me like one of their extended family members. I am blown away with their consistency in making sure the customer is the #1 priority, ensuring customer satisfaction at just about all costs. I could go on and on with details but will run out of space. I would highly recommend any and everyone to use this dealership with any matters concerning their vehicle up to and including a new purchase. They make the difference in that secure feeling I need when I get on the road. Reference maintenance and/or repairs/parts, they have given me the relief I need; to know that when I put my RAM Truck on the road, it is safe, reliable and up to par on every level. The extra huge plus is that they also try to help their customers save on costs wherever they can.
