2016 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon

I am very impressed with Frank in the service department. He has been helping me troubleshoot an issue with my 2022 Honda Passport. It’s been challenging to figure out what is going in and we have tried a couple of solutions. I’m crossing my fingers it is all fixed now but even if we have to try another route to fix it, I am confident Frank will do his best to help! He is very patient, kind, and knowledgeable. We bought this vehicle from Young Honda in Logan and they refused to help fix it even though it is still under warranty and not at all my fault. Young Honda has totally lost my business and Ken Garff will be my new dealership of choice. Especially if I continue to get the great customer service that Frank provides!

I was working with Mitch Spjut. I was sooooo back and fourth with what I was doing and he could not have been more patient! Super easy to work with and it felt that he genuinely had the customers interest in mind and kept things pretty straight forward. Thanks to him I found my dream truck! Highly recommend going through them!

While I didn't end up purchasing a car here, I still had a great experience and wanted to leave a review. I walked in one day to look at a specific vehicle that I found out had just sold. Jordan helped me find something else that was great for my needs. He was incredibly helpful, great to talk to, and didn't have that obnoxious, pushy car salesman vibe that I'd experienced in some other places and I felt totally comfortable with him. I really wanted to purchase a car from him because he was so wonderful to work with, but I found something that fit my needs better somewhere else which just came down to inventory. I would recommend anyone to Jordan.
