Service is the best I have ever had. They know what disabled Veterans like me need and go above and beyond to deliver it. The service team is beyond any in the 25 years I have been using handicapped accessible equipment. They are fair and too the point on all features and conducted a complete safety training for me and my wife. If want it they get it. They understand what it means to need a properly equipped van based on the need of the drivers and disabled family members, If it could be better they will the first to do it. After I purchased a van I have received regulars calls to checkup on me and my needs to make sure all my needs are met. My wife drives me when things make it hard for me to drive, which happens to so many of us, knowing they are there means I always am mobile when and where I need it. All this has made my life fuller and I can go anywhere the rest of America goes, in style! Thanks to my new extended family at Bettenhausen Mobility.
