2017 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon Recon

I recently purchased my very first Subaru from LaFontaine. You're really treated like family when you walk in the door here. I worked with Kobe, and he did such a great job making sure that I was getting what I needed to keep me safe in these Michigan winters. He answered all of my questions, and made sure that I understood the answers instead of just trying to get me to sign a paper and drive off in a car I wasn't happy with. I really appreciate all the time that he took with me, and I will highly recommend him to anyone that is looking to purchase a Subaru! From start to finish, everyone I came into contact with at this dealership was kind, understanding, but most importantly doing what they could to make sure that I was comfortable and happy. I really felt like I was treated like a human, instead of a walking wallet :) Great service!

I have a great experience every time I come here, from when I purchased my car to the service appointments later on. Everyone who works here is very friendly and willing to take the time to explain details. As a single female, feeling comfortable going in for an appointment and hanging out in the lounge while the service is completed is important. It’s hard to find somewhere you trust the quality of the work and integrity of the service the mechanics recommend. I received an itemized receipt with notes on which services needed to be done at the same time, what the cost would be so I could prepare my budget, and the purpose of the various services. Much appreciated and I feel taken care of!
