Excellent car buying experience. I experienced low pressure sales, good pricing and great service on a clean, well maintained vehicle. I’ve had generally good experiences with step one at other locations, and I was pleased to enjoy a customer focused approach here. Cody, our salesman was great. The sales and finance managers were also fantastic. Based on my experience, I can confidently recommend paying them a visit if you’re looking for a fair deal on a new or used vehicle. My five star review is based on having no snags, headaches or surprises at any stage in the process. It was a smooth experience end to end. No buyers remorse, and if I needed another vehicle today, I’d head right back.
Couldn't even be happier with the service we received, 5 stars for sure!! Caleb Krumnow was awesome!! found us the perfect truck at the perfect price to replace the one totaled when I was rear ended. They were friendly and fast with the whole process only took about 3 hours total. over all was a wonderful experience!!!
