Also, we received several follow up calls from Julian to make sure all was well with the car and we were happy with our purchase. Also, Mr. Dylan was just as exceptional sales manager. We were able to work the numbers in our favor. . Not only did he make the entire purchasing experience seamless and stress-free, but he also went above and beyond to negotiate a fantastic deal for me. Julian dedication to customer satisfaction was truly remarkable, and I left the dealership feeling confident and satisfied with my purchase of the car. Best experience buying a vehicle! From the sales team(Fabian, Charles, and Kelly) to financing(Tyler) was the best service around. I didn’t get that usual pushy feeling from anyone. They all cared that I had the best experience as well! Charles updated me along the way as we were waiting for my car to arrive. I had wheels and tires switched out and windows tinted and Charles sent me pictures as soon as the car was ready! Very personalized service. Kelly was amazing when I showed up a day early to purchase my vehicle ????. She helped me learn all the new features of my car, helped me download the app and get that set up and was just all around super helpful! This was my first time buying a brand new vehicle and I can’t say enough about how smooth the process was! Highly recommend this dealership! They all went above and beyond for me and it should not go unnoticed!! I love my car and so thankful I came to Mall of Ga Mazda!!
