2019 Jeep Wrangler Sahara

My husband and I have been looking at 3rd row SUVs for a bit, and we now have a 3rd baby on the way so we needed a bigger vehicle. My husband talked to the dealership and was very adamant about not buying only test driving, and we wanted to see what my trade in value was. The first car we drove was beautiful, but a little out of budget. In no way were we pressured to buy, or do anything other then test drive and get numbers. Our salesman Doug, recommended us to look at a lesser trim but still comparable to the higher trim we loved. Once we looked at the numbers for a 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee L, they worked it to get to a price point we were happy with, and in a SUV we love. Plus some added perks! We highly recommend Doug, and the guy who detailed my car, I think his name was Pat.

After going to another dealership and being given the run around, my husband decided we needed to go to Fletcher since he had a great experience with his truck purchase. We pulled up in the used car lot and was driving around looking when we met Dee. We explained our issues with the other dealership and other financial details. She listened and understood. She asked me what I like and what I was looking for. She let me do the choosing. We decided on a really nice 2022 Kia Sportage. She was attentive and kind and so very personable. She made the entire process easy and fun. There was absolutely no stress working with her and the Fletcher team. We will choose Fletcher for all of our vehicles and will be recommending Dee and the amazing team to all of our friends and family for their next vehicle purchase!

Awesome.. CALEB WAS AWESOME. throughout the whole process Caleb and the team worked with me to get me the car I wanted and for a great price. They talked to us like family. Made me feel.welcome like they wanted to fit our need and not just some other sale. Would definitely recommend.
