2019 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon

I recently purchased a car from Adam, and I couldn't be happier with the experience! I reached out on a Wednesday and drove the hour to the dealership that night, Adam stayed late with us to ensure we had all the details and information needed. Since it had been over 8 years since buying a car, we wanted to sleep on it. Adam wasn’t pushy at all, and as soon as we decided to move forward, the process was short and sweet. The Escalade was in great shape inside and out, I was so thankful to drive off the lot in my dream car. Adam's professionalism and friendly demeanor made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. Had to buy a vehicle of my own for the 1st time in 13 years and was dreading the experience and honestly the outcome of the prices I continually saw. Then decided to look into Carolina Auto Direct. I wish I could say to you that it went perfect on the price for me but that wouldn’t tell the whole story. I may not have gotten the price to where I wanted it but I can say that it was a good deal for me….(you could say I wanted too much off the price to be fair to them but who’s counting). What stood out the most though about Carolina Auto Direct was the customer service I received from Mario F. He talked my wife and I through various questions and concerns we had since it had been so long since we bought a vehicle. He was super knowledgeable about every aspect of the vehicles we looked at. He never was once pushy or trying to get rid of us quickly to move on to the next customer. Mario also had the best stories so we definitely were not bored at all. I highly recommend checking this dealership out and meeting Mario. Noah (the manager) and Rachel (finance) were awesome as well. We will 100% buy from them again in the future (next day actually lol)
