My salesperson, Josh, was very knowledgeable of the specific vehicle I was looking for, and helped me down select to exactly the right vehicle quickly. After that, negotiations were straightforward, transparent, and in good faith. After coming to terms, Ben made quick work of the financing, and remaining paperwork. I appreciate a team that is willing to sell you what you want / need, and not a bunch of extras that may not be suited to your specific circumstances. I recently bought a car from Tulley and it was the best car dealership experience I’ve ever had. We worked with Ian Wright and he was so informative without being pushy. It was so refreshing to talk to somebody who didn’t make me feel like target, lol. I also appreciated the approach that Ben from Finance took regarding the extended warranty. He explained, in detail, the value of both options but when we declined, he didn’t get snarky and aggressive (unlike other dealerships!) What a great experience.
