I bought a 2024 Jeep Wrangler 4ex here last month. It was an exceptional buying experience. No games when it came to price like ALOT of other dealers wanted to play. My salesman Shiv was outstanding to work with and went the extra mile to make a deal. During our initial negotiations we were not able to hammer out a deal. Shiv being the great saleman he is, contacted me 3 weeks later to tell me that new incentives were available to make the deal work! I took my 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland to Edwards CDJR for an oil change. An unforeseen problem was detected that was going to be additional cost for parts & labor. My Service Advisor, Frankie Sutton, provided excellent customer service by keeping me updated through phone calls & text messages during an especially difficult time when the dealership had a ransomware attack on their software vendor. The needed parts were in stock and Angel Loarca, mechanic/technician, was able to get all of the necessary repairs done within the same appointment. The cost of the additional repairs was below the initial estimate. I appreciate the high level of customer care and the attention to detail concerning my Jeep! OIIIIIIIO
