2022 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon

My dad isn't alive to help me buy my first truck. He would be so extra proud of me buying this Chevy Silverado and how Ed Carr helped me. When my kids and I arrived (without an appointment), Ed asked what Chevy could do for us. I said, we need to buy a truck to pull a 19,000 pound 5th wheel. The first thing Ed did was walk us over to the trucks, open the doors, and show me exactly where to look and see the specs for pulling weight with that truck. We looked at different trucks, and drove two. I said I am looking at a different truck at another dealership. We talked about price points, and he said he would be there and that it's a good idea to look at other trucks. Also, he talked to me, not just my 27 yr. old son, which was nice, since I'm the one who was buying the truck. My son liked that too. My kids and I left and attempted to look at trucks at a different dealership. They sat us down upon arrival and showed us trucks all out of our price range and said their trucks can't haul 19,000 pounds-which isn't' true-we had already done our homework and wanted a specific truck to look at. My son and I looked at each other, thanked them for their time and we all went right back to Ed at Chevy. Thank you Ed for treating me like a customer and not hesitating to answer questions, to let me be the one to say yes or no for what truck I know I needed. I'm excited for this truck-it's my next step to gaining independence and owning my own life. You're the best! Laura Kuhns
