Ok. So Mike Terry Chevrolet has shifted. I gave them a very apprehensive 3rd chance, but I was very pleasantly surprised. New management and staff who actually know what they are doing. Friendly and concerned about the customer's needs and making sure their experience is positive. I can't say enough about Robert Joe, my salesman. He is young and up and coming, knowledgeable, and considerate. In my opinion, is the best salesperson there. You interested in a new or used vehicle? Ask for Robert Joe. You won't be disappointed. Management is awesome...namely Jalen Gonzales. He is the sales manager who knows how to treat a customer and will do everything possible to get you to where you want to be.
