2012 Jeep Compass Sport

We had a great experience buying this car. They were very friendly, and honest. We had the Check Engine light come on less than a week after buying. Edgar made sure we knew that he would get that fixed for us. Unfortunately the warranty didn’t cover what was wrong but Edgar made sure to make it right. Great customer service, and very honest people!

So this is our 2nd car from Edgar and his company. We just did the inspection the other day and there's some small minor things that needed to be taken care of but they took care of it with no issues. Of course I'm obviously happy if I'm buying a second car from here but I just wanted to convey our experience and maybe that might help you out because I definitely don't agree with any of the negative reviews on here. With that being said I wasn't compensated or paid for doing this review but I am a local guide and I'm also a social influencer on Instagram and I like supporting local and honest businesses like the eAutomotive Group. On our first vehicle we did not get an inspection but we needed a vehicle right away and normally we would get an inspection but because of time crunch and things like that with our car going out unexpectedly we just had a bypass that but we did look at the Carfax and we did take the car for a test drive and inspect it and everything seemed really good and I ended up taking the car for an inspection a week after we bought it and everything turned out fine as far as we know from what they could tell from the snapshot when they looked at the car. The second car had some very minor things and we ended up putting down $200 to hold the car and we just purchased it today. So I drive for Uber and Lyft full time an Uber has very strict requirements for cars. I can't have any cosmetic damage and it has to be at least 15 years or newer. So in all honesty those requirements for having a car only so old and it can't have any cosmetic damage as well as has to be in good running condition with a clean title makes it a lot harder to buy a car than most average buyers are looking for. With that being said we look at cars more of Investments and trying to get a good return on our inventory as soon as possible so we tried to find cars that are either good fair market value or a little bit below for market value so that way we can flip them faster because as many thousands of miles that get put on our cars every week there's a lot of wear and tear. My nephew had bought a car from here as well as my mom had previously bought a car from here as well and they had good experiences so we decided to check it out because a lot of these cars are under $10,000 and we bought two cars with one being just over $10,000 after taxes and missions and everything and the other one well below $10,000 after taxes and emissions. From the first moment that I met Edgar I like them and he's a very personable person and Sam who also worked in the front was great to work with and I also spoke to one of his technicians about another car we were looking at. All the staff for knowledgeable and great. One key thing that I would like to add is that when our mechanic looked at the second car that we just bought and they said that it was well taken care of and the fixes would have been around $200 retail so nothing major. Edgar went above and beyond and fix it for half of that. We have dealt with dealerships that were big dealerships as well as small dealerships and this is the only real good experience that we've had and we plan on buying a third car from him either this winter or the beginning of next year in January. I honestly wouldn't recommend anyone unless I really did believe in them not only is a company but also has the people that make up the company and they're just great all-around from what we've experienced. A used cars used car and so I feel like people really need to go in with realistic expectations and I never recommend not getting a mechanic check up we got ours for $103. I also feel like anything can happen anytime you can hit a pothole or you can hit a curb or something like that and it can do damage to your car I've experienced it firsthand. We just wanted to say thank you to Edgar and Sam and the rest of their team and we really appreciate them working with us and finding us cars that will fit our needs for our business and we look forward to doing continued business with them.
