Could not be happier with the service we received at Serra CDJR. Our service advisor, Tim was a true professional with our case, finding a timely appointment that worked with our schedule. Communication was great throughout the whole process, even with having to order a part. It's odd to put it in writing but we were delighted with our service experience (at least as happy as you can be having to deal with a car repair).
