Todd was excellent!!!! ????After my Mom’s beloved Gus (wrecked truck) was totaled in an accident, we searched 100’s of vehicles for a vehicle to make her happy again. Mom was very particular in what she wanted. We traveled many miles within our home state but the dealers were awful and the vehicles even worse. Then ???? we found Haller Wholesale ?? When I spoke to Todd and told him I did not want to drive all day to look at a vehicle that the window switch didn’t work, or paint issues, etc; I wanted him to drive the truck as if he was going to buy it, send me videos, highlight any and ever little thing wrong with it…. And he did. He answered text messages late at night, well past business hours. He was spot on and gave us all the information we could have asked for. If we should ever need another vehicle, we will be making the 10 hr drive and work with Todd again. We were in and out in hardly any time at all. Excellent service! I had a great experience buying my F250 from Haller. Joe was quick to communicate and took the time to answer questions and send me more pictures I requested. Coming from Wi, I flew in and they sent a driver who was on time to pick me up. Joe handed me the keys when I got there and said go check it out. No hovering and didn’t accompany me for the test drive like other dealers. The truck did not disappoint and was as described. He worked with me on price for a couple small things that needed attention and I drove it 800 miles home without issue. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from them again. Good honest people.
