Purchased a 2014 Dodge Avenger a month ago. They were willing to negotiate on the price and I got what i considered a fair deal. I have driven the car on a 2500 mile trip with no issues. They let me test drive the vehicle as much as I wanted and also told me I could have it inspected if I wanted. I chose not too. Everyone I was in contact with were friendly and helpful. Only complaint I would have had was that the car was extremely dirty due to the current weather. After I agreed to buy it I would have thought they might clean it up but they didn't. Overall a good experience.

We bought a bmw. We knew we bought it “as is” but when we called about one issue, he immediately said to bring it back in. His mechanic spent 4 hours fixing the problem at NO cost to us. They went above and beyond. Super happy with our purchase. Thank you!

Bought a 2013 VW Jetta at 126k miles from them 18 months ago. We've driven the car a ton since then, just passing 160k miles. Not a single problem for the whole time. My only complaints are about nondisclosure, they tried to distract me from the reason a couple of dash lights were on, gave me a misleading answer about some brake noises, and didn't tell me the car was a smoker's car. I should've been able to figure that out myself, but somehow I overlooked that, whether or not they used something to mask the smell. All in all relatively minor things in my case. I would also recommend against using their option to pay to hold a car since they will not refund under any circumstances. The staff are friendly and nice to work with though. They gave me a good price and were pretty hands off about pressuring me to buy the car and gave me every opportunity to drive and inspect the vehicle. They are a used car lot, and some of their vehicles will have good histories and good maintenance and others will not. Just do your research and test drive thoroughly, and don't necessarily take anything on trust or assume the car won't need any sort of work.
