2016 Jeep Compass Latitude

I cannot express how extraordinary Sewell as a company is and especially Audi McKinney. We have purchased numerous cars from Sewell and every time is the absolute best experience. I did not think I would be purchasing another vehicle so soon. I was so in love with my vehicle and it was the exact specs that I wanted. I hardly had it one year and someone hit me and my vehicle was totaled. I had it towed straight from the crash site to Sewell Collision Center because I 100% knew that I would be purchasing my replacement from Sewell. We called our wonderful sales person Lizzy and she started looking immediately for an SQ5 within the parameters I requested. Although it was an unfortunate incident that brought me back to Audi McKinney so soon, I can’t imagine purchasing my vehicle from anywhere else. The entire experience is far superior to anywhere else when you buy from Sewell. And I say “experience “ because that’s what it is. From the moment you walk in to the time you leave, every single employee you encounter goes the extra mile and takes care of you. The General Manager, Kelly Wolfenberger made sure to congratulate us on our purchase before we left. I also received a very nice thank you letter from her with a personal hand written note saying how she was glad that I was okay due my auto accident. No that’s not something that you are going to get just anywhere. If you’ve read this far on my review, please take my advice and purchase your next vehicle from Audi McKinney! And make sure you ask for my sales person, Lizzy Dimba Rigg, she will take care of you!! I’ve attached a photo of my first purchase, my beautiful black SQ5 and a photo of my new grey SQ5.

Charlee Brown was amazing. She is professional, approachable, great communicator, and goes above and beyond. Buying my Audi from her was the easiest purchase/ best experience I've ever had. I highly recommend her!

Really appreciated the help from John Hafer and management. He explained everything clearly to me and answered all my questions as a new leaser. The car I wanted had really nice blacked out rims, that I didn't want to pay for, and they threw it in as a gift for me!! Really loving my new car and I will continue to be a member with them
