Dominic (the salesman), this gentleman went above and beyond to put me in a vehicle. And it wasn't just any thing they could put me in they made sure it was something I was over the top happy and satisfied. They worked with me on the down payment, this place made something that seemed impossible, not only possible but made it possible and exceeded every expectation anyone could have when buying a vehicle. Mike and Dominic were the absolute best , and helped make my life so much better yesterday, they helped take a huge weight off my shoulders with helping me provider transportation for my family and I. I can't say thank you enough to these men . They were absolutely astonishing good to us.

Bought a 2014 Nissan Pathfinder from here about a year ago. Awesome vehicle for about 5-6 months. Then the transmission goes bad, and since we had a warranty, they covered a replacement transmission and put it in. Then after about 4 weeks I got my vehicle back. It immediately felt and drove like a different vehicle and it was so much worse than before. I had to turn around and bring it back the same day. The car was in and out of the shop about 6 times and received 4 transmissions. One of which arrived damaged and another had to be ordered. I had my vehicle about 5 total days from mid January to June. At first I was told rentals were no longer available and I had to find my own arrangements. But after making a car payment for nearly 4 months with no vehicle the upper managers finally began to get involved and get me into a free loaner vehicle. Although the whole process was lengthy and very frustrating, I want to recognize the team for their exceptional customer service and professionalism. Any problem I have come to them with has been thoroughly researched and resolved. And I completely understand the daily flow of a mechanic shop and how it can be a waiting game for parts and service. Overall I am thankful for the vehicle and services provided.
