I worked with Luis for 6 months trying to find my right car. He was amazing the whole time. He gave option and then just kept looking and fighting for me. He truly took the time to genuinely care about my situation and what I was wanting. I would go to Byrider again and again. Dane was amazing and funny. Exceptional Service at J.D. Byrider - They Go Above and Beyond! I came to J.D. Byrider feeling completely skeptical and defeated. After visiting several other places that instantly turned me away, I honestly didn't think I had a chance. But from the moment I walked in, my experience was completely different, thanks to Luis and Dane Luis was incredibly patient and understanding. He listened to my situation and never made me feel rushed or judged. He was true to his word and worked hard to find a solution. I went in just "hoping" for a path forward to getting a car, and unbelievably, I drove off the lot the same day! Dane was also very personable and made the final steps a breeze. It's clear that the team at this location truly looks beyond your credit score and genuinely values the impact that giving someone reliable transportation can have on their life. Update: Great customer service, however the cars aren't good quality. Drove off lot Friday, transmission system alert and check engine light by Saturday morning. Will update about the service center.

Bought a car from here back in 2016/2017 and decided to come check it out since the first time here went good. We really thought we were not gonna be able to get something. But this very smart young man Luis gave us hope. And even fought for us to get approved with the down payment we had. He was very busy doing everything for us even got us the insurance to drive off. There was a lot of changes since we been here and he let us know all the awesome good stuff for us the costumer. This by far has been the best service we have gotten the fastest we were in and out and we lefted with a car within 1.5 hours.
