2016 Jeep Compass Sport 4X4

Couldn’t have ask for a better dealer. They made sure i was taken car of before i left. Accommodated me in every way possible to to assure that i left with a reliable vehicle. Yes i recommend and yes I’ll purchase again. I love my SUV!!!!

Update: editing my 1-star review to 4 stars because this shop spent time and money correcting a problem situation and proved to me that they are great people who do great business! - - - I'm a disabled person who doesn't have a lot of money and I have to just buy something outright and hope for the best. Recently, I bought a Jeep off their lot. It appeared to be in great shape for what it was, Ben was very nice, and everything seemed okay at the time. I had it about 8 days before the power steering suddenly went out. I had it inspected by insurance adjusters and by a different auto shop. Eventually it ended up back at Prince Auto; Ben said to bring it there instead because the estimate from the other shop was way too high (it was!) and that he could help me get it fixed and would take care of the tow. Which is exactly what he did! They had it ready the next day, but when I picked it up there were still issues. I drove it a little bit and had to take it right back because something was still wrong with the power steering. I was so worried that I was facing a really expensive problem and had made a horrible decision by choosing this shop and this car. But Ben surprised me again by doing the right thing and getting the repairs taken care of. He even had an employee deliver the car across town to my doorstep when my son was sick. The reason I'm only giving a four-star review is because I did have to go through a lot before I got a functional vehicle, and I've also only had it back a few hours - so I need time to make sure nothing else goes wrong and I didn't truly get a lemon. But if it holds up and appears to still be in good shape a couple weeks from now, I will change my review to five stars - because I think anyone who takes care of their customers deserves that. Overall I really love this Jeep, and I want it to work out. Grateful to Ben and I appreciate that I was able have a relatively smooth process with a good shop that didn't screw me over. ** EDIT #2: it's now been 4 months and I haven't had any more problems. LOVE my Jeep! I'm a "Jeep Person" now. Weird ???? Thanks, Ben!

Very impressed with the quality of this dealership. Had some brakes that were not 100%. Called them up about it, and they fixed them better than ever, even a month after purchase of the car. Would recommend!
