I had bought a Kia from another dealership and they were not accommodating even with fully warranty vehicle. On a whim I went to Rick Case to see if they could help me and George provide an amazing used car in my price range. Monique is amazing! She was immediately responsive after submitting my inquiry on their website. Great personality and flexible communication style (I work a lot so texting is my preference). While the car that my son wanted initially was sold by someone else before we were able to get to the dealership, we ended up leasing two cars from her the same day that just came in. Her follow up to ensure all our expectations were met for us to pick up our cars the next business day was impeccable. Highly recommend!!
