Just got my second QX60 from this group. My first one was totaled last August (not my fault). I love this vehicle and the dealer that runs it. The people at this dealer are wonderful. Mark, the service manager, Phillip the amazing "humanitarian", Zachary, service coordinator, Kenny, financial expert. Actually everyone is wonderful. And my Salesperson Austin Johnson was the BEST! A young man, very well mannered, very respectful, great personality, very positive and on and on....It actually gives me hope about the status of this country. Thank you Austin for being so wonderful. Oh yes, the car is gorgeous.
Excellent Infinity Dealer. Bought a slightly used Infinity from them and dealt with Rosemary she is awesome. From Florida and bought car without seeing it in person. Rosemary was so sweet she videoed and pointed out any little scratches where I knew what I was getting. They picked me up from the airport and every person I met with this dealership was so very nice and made me feel so taken care of. I will purchase my next infinity from them again.
Everyone was more than helpful and very professional when working with me. I was able to get the 'deal' I needed and the SUV that I had been looking for with just a little effort on my part and their part. Rosemarie was my salesperson and she was great to work with. Kenny helped me secure a very good rate on the financed amount that was better than I had been able to find. Overall it was relatively easy and very good experience.
