2016 Jeep Compass Sport 4X4

What can I say...I have NEVER been a fan of buying used vehicles because the cards are stacked against the buyer. I have been VERY impressed with Ideal Wheels though! They stand by their vehicles and treat you with respect. After buying my vehicle and driving back to Omaha, I found that one of the rims had dent in it causing issues with driving. They checked it out and agreed they missed it and replaced it. Every other used vehicle I have ever bought, once you left the lot, they would do NOTHING to address issues. Top notch folks! Can't provide enough praise for their willingness to be stand up and reasonable! Thank you Gentlemen for restoring a little faith in someone in the car market sales teams!!

Best used car dealer in town their service is always top notch and their perks when you buy from them like if you need something repaired on your vehicle you get free labor and you pay the parts at the price they get which is cheaper than if you went and bought them yourself every vehicle that i currently own have bought it from there

We have never really associated "positive experience" with the process of buying a new car...until we trusted a recommendation and went to Ideal Wheels. Our experience was indeed a positive one. It was nice to feel like people were working WITH us, not "working us." The price was reasonable, the car was very clean; Marv was so efficient and thorough and kept thinking of the little things that we might not have considered. Other people jumped in to do the other things to prepare the car. We also appreciate the idea of free labor on repairs. It speaks to not only their confidence in their vehicles, but also in their dedication to maintaining customer relationships even after the purchase is made. Thank you for the unexpected but much appreciated positive car buying experience.
