When I had informed him that I was approved with Chase, he was thrilled and brought it to his finance manager with ease. The men were kind enough to stay late, after closing hours, to show me how to use my new vehicle and ensured me they were happy to help. I always dread getting my car serviced when it’s time to do so. However, my experience with Jenna was great! Not only was Jenna super helpful and welcoming, but seeing the inclusion of female representative helped feel more confident in explaining what kind of services my car needed.
