I had a wonderful experience at Lucas Chevrolet! When I called regarding a car I was interested in, the team made sure the car was ready for my arrival and I felt very well taken care of. The sales rep, Kenny, was a delight to work with. I am most pleased that I wasn’t pushed to finance with Lucas Chevrolet. When I had informed him that I was approved with Chase, he was thrilled and brought it to his finance manager with ease. The men were kind enough to stay late, after closing hours, to show me how to use my new vehicle and ensured me they were happy to help. I always dread getting my car serviced when it’s time to do so. However, my experience with Jenna was great! Not only was Jenna super helpful and welcoming, but seeing the inclusion of female representative helped feel more confident in explaining what kind of services my car needed. I didn’t feel like I was being dismissed but actually heard.
