2012 Jeep Compass Limited 4X4

I was recently in the market for a hard to find car. I got in touch with Pat at Country Ford. He was a straight-shooter and didn't mess around. Wound up purchasing the car and could not be happier with the experience. I had to drive 14 hours round-trip to pick the car up and Pat had it ready to go. The whole deal took less than 15 minutes to wrap up. And, they didn't try and upsell like other dealers do. Jeff and Connie were also fantastic to work with. Worked with Shawn on our new vehicle. This guy stayed late, had many conversations with me, and answered all my questions. The Service Manager was extremely helpful and went out of his way to help my mom with a flat tire. After she walked 2 miles to the dealership after AAA did not show up after 3 hours, she asked to use their phone (as hers had been lost in a snowbank and had no way to call anyone) and they were more than accommodating. The manager said they didn't have a tow truck available but offered to drive to her truck, replace the tire himself and get her on her way. She was not a customer of theirs and they were under no obligation to help her in this way but their kindness is very appreciated. Thank you again!
